1. Source of made-logs?
We always use government legally regulated plantation logs and we never use non-plantation logs or any sources that are not environmentally sustainable.

2. Minimum Order?
Minimum order is 1 X 20” container, but 1 X 40” container is highly recommended. Total items we can produce for single order are no more than 10 different models or by negotiation case by case.

3. Order Procedures?

4. Price?
All prices are based on FOB Semarang prices in US Dollar currency and subject to change without prior notice. Price is also based FCL basis and for other case like LCL we will have to apply adjustment on price. All prices are based on our standard specifications.

6. Quality Control and Packing?
We have been working with first class international buyers around the world and we are perfectly aware of the habits and customs practice on this matter. As it is on our best interest to keep you secured in dealing business with us, we can assure you that we are applying strict control on quality. We use foam sheet and single corrugated carton or carton box as our standard packing. for additional custom packaging require additional cost.
